Hastings-based design studio Pixel Puppet and Marketing/Events company Nice Work have concluded a 12 month co-operation agreement by announcing a formal merger of their marketing and design activities.
A newly formed company - Diligence Group Ltd - will commence operations on November 1st 2007 and will incoporate the two companies existing marketing and design business.
Diligence Media and Marketing begins life with an established portfolio of clients including Legal & General, Orbital Marketing, Kent Air Ambulance and Sea Space, the regeneration agency for Hastings and Bexhill. As well as providing marketing assistance to a range of large clients, the company also has a sharp focus on providing cost-effective marketing help to local and regional companies within their East Sussex/West Kent catchment area. Already Diligence is working with companies such as Wild About Mushrooms (Beckley), Dream Machines Lotus (Heathfield), Thorcraft and Tools by Post (Hastings) and Country Homes France (Ashford).
Marketing Director Martin Burke says "The launch of Diligence is an exciting development for both Nice Work and Pixel Puppet. We are now in a position to provide a comprehensive marketing support service including strategic advice, marketing planning, traditional design, print and copywriting plus, of course, website build and design. More to the point we believe that this range of services places Diligence in a unique position in one of our core markets of Hastings, where the choice for businesses seeking a quality advertising and marketing resource is very limited indeed."
Nice Work events will continue to trade under the Nice Work banner whilst the Pixel Puppet brand will also be retained for future web-based business opportunities.
